Jackie Frank is a 600+ hour certified Pilates instructor trained under master instructors in both classical and contemporary techniques across the full Pilates apparatus.Before ever studying anatomy, Jackie studied rhythm. Raised in a world of music and dance, she developed a deep respect for timing, coordination, and control — how the body moves as an instrument, not just a machine. That early training continues to shape her approach to movement: precise, expressive, and deeply intentional.Her method blends the structure of classical Pilates with the vitality of athletic, contemporary flow.
